Trey’s story
Cornhusker roots, Fort Bend home.
Trey graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and entered the mortgage business with Fairway in 2019. He built the branch on Sienna Parkway around a single idea: more closed loans means better systems, and better systems mean fewer surprises for the buyer. Since then the team has helped more than 650 families and funded over $200 million in residential loans across the Houston metro.
The results followed. Scotsman Guide has ranked Trey among the top 1% of mortgage originators in the country every year since 2021, and he has earned Fairway’s Diamond Club — reserved for producers above $45 million — in 2024 and 2025. Ask the Realtors in Missouri City, Sugar Land and Rosenberg and you’ll hear a more specific reputation: the lender you call when a deal is about to fall apart and someone has to find a way.
Off the clock it’s family time, youth sports on the sidelines, and real estate investing — which is also why he’s good at talking to investors. Trey is licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Nebraska & Maine.
